Philips Fidelio : Philips Fidelio DS7550 Rechargeable Portable Docking Speaker for iPod/iPhone (Aluminum/Black) Reviews
I bought both the objective Philips DS7550 Fidelio goal portable battery speaker dock for iPod / iPhone (Aluminium / Black) and S715i rechargeable Logitech Speakers for iPod iPhone , select a trip as a speaker, if I find something bigger than my only goal Altec Lansing iM207 Orbit-MP3 . Here is a brief comparison.
build quality. Both are very solid and seems to hold good. The Logitech seemed a bit 'bigger, but I see no problem with throwing in a suitcase for the trip. One thing to note, the Philips 4 in place of a case of the iPhone is a bumper while you have the phone from his pocket for the Logitech.
size. While the dimensions do not see that is very different between the two, the much larger and heavier than the Logitech. I can not imagine carrying a backpack of Logitech, but it could be done with the Philips.
sound quality. A low volume, Logitech has slightly fuller sound. A high-volume operation on battery power again Logitech has had a slight advantage. At high levels, while connected, there was no comparison. The Logitech shaken with a low much stronger and deeper. It seemed as if unplugged the Logitech that the increase of the low has been closed.
In the end I chose the Philips. Since both are much stronger for a hotel room, where most of my listening was done, I decided to Philips is the much smaller size and portability. For the pool, where the execution, a battery, the difference in sound was not significant enough to go for the largest Logitech. However, if you intend to use AC and above all want the best sound, choose the Logitech. Even if it is larger than the Philips, it is certainly too large to bring to a party at a friend's house or similar and provides a fuller sound. For the air transport and packing in luggage, but Philips is a much smaller package.
