So is the My first video review I've ever done, so please excuse LOL "ummm."

----- ----- Compare Side by Side Sound
I thought about doing a video review a shot to the sound quality of Philips Sound Dock Fidelio present and compare with the Bose Sound Dock, which already owns.

From what I understand the quality of the Bose is considered one of the best, so that someone out there might be value in a comparison side by side between the Fidelio PHILIPS Sound Dock Bose for a finding.

On the whole sound is very, very good, even great. In the video I play a song ("Space Lord" by Monster Magnet), which has a good amount of bass in the song. The volume, play the songs on Sound Dock PHILIPS Fidelio distorts the low end of easily. The best way to explain it, "notes a little 'distorted view" can be, if you notice, Low 2 seconds, the sound does not start with a sprain, but if the sound of the lower extremities are a bit of' hear static or distortion.

In the video review I said: "It's not going to be able to compare a Bose."
What I mean is the sound of bass from the Bose Sound Dock and Fidelio PHILIPS. The bass is produced by BOSE BOSE clean and can handle a larger volume of bass.

To be honest, the distortion of Static / is low and I could easily see if I was not looking for problems and compare the sound PHILIPS Fidelio dock for another sound dock. This may not care for the average user, but someone who is familiar with the sound, bass and / or music is of crucial importance and this error may not be able to look a little 'above TOR.


Fidelio PHILIPS Sound Dock has great projection and full sound that's coming out of the house. The sound quality is very close to the quality of my Bose sound dock, which cost about $ 200.00 - $ 300.00 more.

first time I hooked my Apple iPhone I received the error message

I chose 'No' and he played very well with the iPod application of the iPhone.

I am excited about the old model (DS8500) and I was totally with him until I got this model. The tone in this model is as surprising as the old one and it has features that blows the old model.

+ Bluetooth: I can hold the phone next to me during the docking station so you can get the best sound possible, but I still have the option to keep the phone nearby (SMS, calendars, etc.) The sound is for calls and stuff, but should not participate in the docking station to see who is calling or SMS or some other function of my phone use). be discontinued
+ Portability: The docking station can be charged and taken anywhere. I can easily connect to another room / outside, without pulling and find another outlet. Makes the cut on the back of the book value makes it easy to move.
+ The previous version had a mesh over the speakers that are not stable. I've always been afraid of pushing something and copy it. This model has a metal frame, I find it much more attractive and durable.
+ Controls: The controls of the station are more stable than the old model. The old model is a thin metal strip running across the bottom of the station. Over time, leaned a little '. It's not a huge problem at all, just something that now seems "cheap" compared to the new model.

I bought both the objective Philips DS7550 Fidelio goal portable battery speaker dock for iPod / iPhone (Aluminium / Black) and S715i rechargeable Logitech Speakers for iPod iPhone , select a trip as a speaker, if I find something bigger than my only goal Altec Lansing iM207 Orbit-MP3 . Here is a brief comparison.

build quality. Both are very solid and seems to hold good. The Logitech seemed a bit 'bigger, but I see no problem with throwing in a suitcase for the trip. One thing to note, the Philips 4 in place of a case of the iPhone is a bumper while you have the phone from his pocket for the Logitech.

size. While the dimensions do not see that is very different between the two, the much larger and heavier than the Logitech. I can not imagine carrying a backpack of Logitech, but it could be done with the Philips.
